The county has very strict rules for vacation rentals--we have listed the relevant rules below. We ask that you abide by these rules or you will forfeit your deposit and we will have to ask you to leave.

Above all, we ask that you respect the neighbors and the neighborhood and keep noise and activity at a level that will not disturb them.

-Maximum occupancy is 10 people--8 adults max with 2 children
-Events, lawn parties, etc. are not permitted
-Guests must park off-street in the area provided. There is room for 4 cars.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM
-No amplified sound (including music) at any time
-Minimum age to book: 25

There is also a supplemental contract and waiver that you will be asked to sign during the booking process.
